As the dedicated owner of Michelle Rose Psychotherapy and Coaching, I offer a personalized approach to healing and growth. I deeply respect each client’s unique story and journey, fostering a compassionate and client-centered approach. I encourage individuals to come as they are, supporting them through challenges with an open, nonjudgmental, and motivating process.
With a robust 17-year background in various roles as a Registered Nurse, I bring a lifelong passion for wellness and teaching to my practice. I hold multiple degrees and certifications, including a Bachelor of Nursing Science, a Master of Nursing Science with an Education focus, and qualified as a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist/Psychotherapist Nurse, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing (MI).
My practice extends to various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, substance use disorder, and more. Additionally, my specialized education coupled with extensive experience leading a chemotherapy clinic, uniquely equip me to support oncology patients through their treatment and survivorship journey.
My client-centered methodology integrates mind, body, and spirit. My commitment to transformative change is evident in my belief that altering our thoughts can profoundly impact our lives. Drawing from my research on new graduate nurses’ successful transition into their professional roles, I offer invaluable support to individuals navigating change in my psychotherapy practice.
For those seeking a Biblical Christian perspective, I ensure that spiritual values are respectfully integrated into the therapeutic process upon request. With my compassionate application of proven strategies and deep understanding of the human experience, I am dedicated to helping individuals realize the power within themselves to create meaningful change and lead fulfilling lives.
Embrace the journey: change your mind, change your life.
